Hoa Viet Team Building 2020: Journey to Long Hai (16-17/05/2020)

After stressful working days, Hoa Viet Co., Ltd. organized a team building trip to Long Hai (Ba Ria – Vung Tau) for all employees to enhance team spirit. With the spirit of "The Company is Home – We are a Family", the trip was an opportunity to further strengthen the bond among members.

“Return to my hometown with blue sea, warm sunshine, and golden sand,

You return to my beloved Long Hai.

The hometown town changes day by day,

The salty sea of human warmth, waves crashing endlessly upon the joyful shore.”

As a town located in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province, 12km from Vung Tau City, Long Hai is blessed by nature with many poetic landscapes. Long Hai is also an ideal destination thanks to its white sand, blue sea, radiant sunshine, and forests blanketed with yellow leaves.

Departing at 6h AM, after a long journey, the team finally arrived. Standing before the cool blue waters of Long Hai, everyone felt even more love and pride for the beauty of nature here—a gift that nature has bestowed upon mankind.

During this "Hoa Viet Team Building 2020" journey, everyone participated in team games together to enhance coordination, teamwork, and collaborative problem-solving skills. To win, team members had to coordinate seamlessly, devise clear action plans, and put aside their individual egos. Members laid out tactics, supported one another, and stood side by side to best protect their teammates. Though exhausted, everyone had fun, enjoying rolling, crawling, and laughing freely. Through this, everyone understood more deeply that a harmonious, connected, and united team can achieve anything and go further together on every path. In addition, the trip provided everyone with a broader understanding of the world around them, exploring new lands and new horizons, helping everyone become more open-minded, knowledgeable, and integrated.

Returning from the trip, everyone was tired, but what mattered most was the feeling of satisfaction and fondness left behind. Everyone shared joyful moments together, and no joy is greater than journeying together with the highest spirit of unity. Hopefully, after this trip, the Hoa Viet family will become even closer, understand each other better, and join hands with one heart to steer the "Hoa Viet ship" out into the open sea.
