Job description

Install, commission, and train customers on equipment distributed by the company, as well as basic equipment for pharmaceutical, food, and other testing laboratories nationwide.
Maintain and repair equipment distributed by the company.
Support customers with equipment troubleshooting via phone or on-site at customer laboratories.
Willing to travel for domestic business trips for one or multiple days.
Provide technical support to the sales department for customer consultation.
Other specific requirements will be discussed directly during the interview.

Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ton Duc Thang University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education, or Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, majoring in Mechatronics.
Experience in repairing and installing laboratory equipment is preferred.
Able to communicate and read technical documents well in English.
Positive mindset, honest, and patient.
Hardworking, eager to learn, and proactive.
Disciplined, enthusiastic, highly responsible, and capable of working independently and in a team.
Willing to travel for business.
Preferred: 1-2 year of experience in a related field.

Maintain relationships with existing customers; develop markets and acquire new customers.
Conduct market research, develop marketing, advertising, and promotion strategies to support business activities within the assigned scope.
Develop, implement, and manage sales and receivables by customer segment and distribution channel within the business scope.
Execute marketing programs per company plans; formulate and implement promotional advertising programs within the business scope.
Conduct market surveys to provide timely solutions for the Company's business plans in each phase.
Possess in-depth knowledge of competitors.
Responsible for achieving assigned targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Participate in product-related activities/events; proactively propose plans to exploit business opportunities, especially ongoing projects.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology.
Experience in sales of laboratory and medical equipment, labware, and chemicals, or laboratory working experience.
Priority given to candidates with experience in a similar position.
Gender: Male.
Good English communication skills and ability to read English technical documents.
Good market understanding, sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, clear and logical thinking.
Wide network or strong networking skills to find and exploit customer information.
Positive mindset, honest, and patient.
Established relationships with laboratories and manufacturing plants.
Experience in project bidding.
