Following the turmoil of World War II, Otto Bürkle began business operations in Stuttgart as an independent commercial representative.
The office was located in his 3-room home in the west of Stuttgart.
The warehouse was set up in the basement of his parents' house in Stuttgart Heslach.
A wood-gas-powered passenger car served as the company vehicle.

The product portfolio included disinfectants for working animals, melissa spirits, pain relief tablets, razor blades, and even intact dextrose – a product that can still be found in pharmacies today.
