Atago PAL-HIKARi 12 (Pear) infrared refractometer
The Atago PAL-HIKARi 12 (Pear) infrared refractometer is equipped with a new watercore detection function to accurately inspect Asian pear quality. The device measures Brix (sugar level) simply by placing the fruit surface directly against the sample stage without cutting or squeezing, saving time and keeping the sample intact. It eliminates the need for cumbersome wiping after each measurement, making testing faster and more convenient.
