Atago PAL-HIKARi 19 (Persimmon) infrared refractometer
The Atago PAL-HIKARi 19 (Persimmon) infrared refractometer is a dedicated instrument for measuring the Brix (sugar level) of persimmons quickly and conveniently. Simply place the persimmon directly on the sample stage without cutting or squeezing, leaving the fruit intact after measurement.
